What does CIU stand for? I couldn't find what it means

Counter Intelligence unit or French UIC or Clinical Investigations Unit are the only CF applications I can find.  Not that we have never made up local stuff or anything.

I would go with UIC. Unit Identifier Code (I think) but en francais? Code Identification Unité?
