CAF had established Credibility and Reliability in delivering supports and services? Unfortunately they cited privacy for participants so our questions were moderated and we could not see questions by others. It goes to show that there is a continued lack of ability for different streams of VAC/CAF to work together. To many payed positions being created with special titles that continue to parallel instead of merging to work collaboratively.
