OT from infantry to Comm Rsrch or Int op questions?

I am currently in the infantry (reg) and am needing information relating to an ot to either Int op or Comm resrch.
How do i get more information from the BPSO on this as my chain of command is not very supportive of providing this information.
There is a current option of SVOTP to Sigs. Would this help my transfer to these trades or not?

If you want info from the BPSO why not call the BPSO office?  Look into it this also, you may be able to make yourself an appointment with the BPSO, or your unit may want you to go through the chain of command to book a appointment.

You should be able to get basic information from the BPSO without going through your chain of command, they'll advise you how to proceed through your CoC if you find a trade you want to transfer to.
