With Table of disabilities the %ages are pretty well defined. At least from my experience, the percent they came back with has been roughly what I expected when I applied.
If you can justify why you feel you should get higher while using the numbers laid out in the table of disabilities, I...
Just an update, curious if anyone else have experienced something similar.
Checking MYVAC today, my totals have changed, (increased) again.
Originally the difference from 2022 total was an increase of 6.39%. When I looked at it end of December.
Now its showing my increase at 7.28%

I got my decision letter first week of November. Asked for a lump sum form some time last week. Got the form on Monday and submitted it. No deposit yet
Hope that helps. Also if you haven't I recommend taking advantage of psychological services. It helped me out a lot before.
This sounds horrible.
I'm not sure if anything can be done in the short term, I'm sure others will have better knowledge there. But I would submit a grievance anyways, they can take a very long time to resolve, so I would get the ball rolling sooner or later.
This member, has missed out on...
I've now been out for over 6 years but this is something I always wondered how I did.
I've always had career managers make comments that I did exceptionally well on it or mentioned a high percentile, but I'd like to know just for my own info.
I know while I was in none would disclose how I did...
I know we constantly have negative things posted regarding wait times, I decided to post a little positive, and perhaps this is a sign things are improving.
I submitted a back claim In June of this year. after submitting they forwarded me a medical questionnaire that I didn't get complete...
I'm writing to see if anyone else was in a similar situation and its been resolved.
June 2021 VAC reached out to me saying there was a pay adjustment going back to when I medical released that affected my monthly IRB. (AFAIK)
They requested for me to give a release of information between them...
I don't understand why so many Flag Officers are so close to the front lines.
This is like the 5th or 6 RUS General I've heard that has died in the conflict. Take it all with a grain of salt, because of fog of war and such.
I'm not some tactical genius, but I would think any first year Officer...
Thanks for the quick reply.
Yeah primary condition was the issue with my legs, its an awarded condition and was main reason I was medically released.
When I initially applied regarding the rupture I attributed it to my previously awarded condition, and VAC gave me a form for my Doctor to fill...
Just curious if anyone has successfully applied for support on a new injury after release.
I currently have an awarded injury on both my legs. This injury basically ended up making my walking ability restricted and difficult for long periods or even what would be considered normal use...
I'm curious, can a vet be charged with military discipline after their service period, or any criminal charter violations for disgraceful conduct, or conduct unbecoming while representing the CAF?
Because deep down they are cowards. They will confront the low person on the totem pole who is just trying to earn their underpaid wages, instead of confronting people with the power to address their concerns.
This is kind of like giving your private a hard time because you were assigned duty...
Came across this earlier today. Absolutely disgusting display by a vet in public on remembrance day.
The video isn't high quality, but can anyone ID both medals he is wearing. I think the left one is South west Asia with Afghanistan bar, and I think his cap badge is RCR?
